Jerry A. Reynard 1950–2016
Jerry A. Reynard, age 65. Son of the late Ralph and Jean, brother of four, uncle and great-uncle. Jerry passed away peacefully June 7, 2016 after being diagnosed with ALS a few short months ago. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 6 years, aboard the USS Saratoga during the Vietnam Conflict. Jerry then worked for the following 28 years for the U.S. Secret Service as a communication specialist. While living in the Washington, D.C. area, he was active at Valley Brook Community Church. Most recently resided at Woodside Village in Bedford. He was author of "Comedy Recycling Theory of the Universe" (cr-theory.org). Memorial gathering at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501Ridge Rd., Parma on Saturday, July 2, 2016, where the family will gather with friends from 1PM until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 4PM. Please dress in casual attire. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Hiram at a later date.
